I had to quote for this unit today Its a one of clean with windows on the rear corner the same as the front and 3 extra smaller windows at the rear, they also want the the inside of the entrance hall and canopy over it cleaned, and some partitions cleaned inside at the most 15 mins work for those. what would you guys have quoted its my second quote for commercial that I may have lost out on.
perhaps I'll stick to domestic

I must be miles out then lol I quoted £100 but I wouldn't have wanted it for any less as I'd have had to juggle work around to fit it in.

£100 lol hope you get it at that price i think around the £50-£60 in out entranceway from what i can see this is including the party which i am pricing up blined . nice one if you can get it m8 good luck

I don't think I will be, but then I don't usually quote for one off's anyway so nothing lost really.

£70 inside and out. £100 is a lot, would be nice if you can get it though.

I suppose it also depends on access.....if there are desks and everything in front of the window, that price can shoot up bigtime.

I clean a job similar, but its just the front door, canopy roof and same windows above the canopy, £45.00 & takes me 10 minutes maximum.

I would clean that for £70.00 every month, one off £100.00

M.b.s the £100 was for outside and the inside of the entrance hall and canopy. he also wanted a quote for all the insides as well and I quoted £125 for that.

Dean the guy wanted then cleaned quickly and I had to reorganise work to fit it in. if it had been a regular  clean then that's a different story.
