Prunes
« on: December 01, 2004, 09:36:57 pm »
I cleaned a Restaurant carpet last week that had prune juice spilt on it( quite a lot). All looked great when I left but the manager called me today and said that the juice mark had reappeared.
I told her that this may have gone through the carpet and underlay and it was now coming back through.
I cannot lift the carpet as the stain is in the middle of the room.. any ideas chaps??

sounds like 'wicking' some of the stain has reappeared in the drying, a reclean of the affect spot should cure it followed by turbo drying if you have an air mover.

Sounds like the restaraunt is RUNNING up a nice cleaning bill. ;D
