What is the best way to avoid a wet leg using trad ? After a hard days work my left leg is soaking ! Have tried using a scrim pocket cut in two but , maybe the holster neads a re design .
Unger one soaks ya leg, if only they designed a plactic shield, other thing to do this time of year is wear water proofs, dont recommend that in the summer though

I wash my applicator regularly. I don`t dip it in the bucket to wet it though. I have a bottle/bottles of water which I run down the applicator to keep it wet.Using clean water every time I do this, just not water of a bucket that soon gets dirty as you dunk a minging applicator in it.
I clean my applicator, quite often, in a bucket of water which I change continously as this is all its used for.
Outside taps are also useful to clean a minging sleeve.

I only use the BoB to carry the applicator and not a squeegee, I prefer a holster for this. It could just be the type I`ve used but  I don`t like rubber catching against the plastic on the squeegee section. I change the rubber every couple of days and don`t want to change it more often than I need to.

Just don`t have your applicator so wet all the time.
I carry a bottle of water/solution and wet the sleeve how and when I need it.
A bottle of water will not run down your leg. A soaked applicator will.
This doesn`t eliminate wet leg completely but you will be a lot drier.
