Measurements are on that page. No way would I trust a couple of straps metal or not to hold nearly half a tonne of weight in any van.
Having said that any straps are only as good as how they are secured. You really want proper metal brackets going around the chassis under the van floor.

Two five tonne ratchet straps front to back and a two and a half tonne ratchet going sideways for me, bolted to the chassis - lay flat tank. Best bet is a steel cage if you can afford it, gives you more options of finding the chassis members under the van and more support.

£299 welded frame from Purefreedom, has got placeholders for your pump and battery.
Would never trust my own life with straps, water will weigh 26 tonnes in a normal speed accident. Wouldn't like to have that on straps.

Funny thing is nobody wants straps, yet i have seen several tanks on here strapped down with a single metal band - some the wrong way i might add. Who knows what the breaking strain of these are or how good the weld is. At least with ratchet straps you know what the rating is.

two 7.5ton straps will be plenty - remember that is their constant rating - they can withhold several times this for a short period of time.

I don't see why not, provided they are attatched to the chassis and they are heavy duty it's all haulage companies use, car transporters, seat belts etc etc. But that's only my opinion - a proper engineer may have other ideas.
