I have never given out any printed material when changing over.

I just go along with my current method and explain if needed. Only ever lost one client and that was not specifically because of WFP.

I simply say they will dry clean,i follow that with if you have any problems you have my number.My phone hasn`t rung once,if you go for the long winded explanation and trying to baffle them with science the problems will start,that approach comes across like a salesman and we all know what the majority of people think of them.
