Anyone cover Steyning/Upper Beeding area in Sussex
« on: January 22, 2008, 06:06:50 pm »
I was asked today if I could clean a house in Upper Beeding nr Steyning in Sussex.  I don't mind a bit of travel but that's a bit far out for me for one house.  I haven't seen the job but it will need WFP as it's three floors high on one side apparently.  The lady tells me that the access is good and that she's had several window cleaners who haven't lasted long.  I was chatting for a while with her (face to face) and she seems an OK person so I doubt it was a customer problem.  I've no idea what the job looks like apart from what I was told (above).  She said to me that she's happy to pay a decent rate - she just wants someone regular and reliable.

She has requested that I do not pass on her details.  She would like you (whoever you may be) to give me your details so that I may pass them on to her.  She will then contact you herself.  Fair enough I suppose.

Any takers?

Yes I agree.  It is just a bit far out even from Cowfold.  I did Henfield briefly but that was not for regular work.  It was one off work that coincided with a day when I hadn't anything else to do.  I used to go to Lower Beeding a lot too.  Oddly enough, Lower Beeding is some miles north of Upper Beeding  :)  .  I know you know a lot of W/Cs Alex.  If you know anyone who covers the Upper Beeding area, feel free to put us in contact with each other
