Soil and stain protector?

Hi Guys,
I have always used fluroseal plus but seem to be getting a lot of requests for stain protector, can anyone recommend any others that can be diluted as the floroseal is quite expensive for the area it covers,
Cheers all Mark

Craftex do a concentrate but the saving against buying a normal 5ltrs is fairly small. Better off buying it already made up, and the price anyway is very good compared to some protectors from other suppliers
I should start charging John for my PR work
