To anyone whom may help me 

I've now had the demo version of george live now for a couple of weeks and it looks like a good bit of kit, however. I do have a couple of immediate questions, and a couple that i'll ask a little later but firstly i really would love to know if

a) any way of printing my runsheets with just the address and the job amount + debt? i don't want all my customers details falling into the wrong hands or my employees getting ideas?

b) can i print out prices on selected jobs and not on all jobs? don't want my guys being able to see how much my commercials are worth to protect myself a little? so just my domestic houses having the prices shown on the sheets?

I dont think you can do Nat!

but this is a good point and if i had workers i wouldnt want them knowing those sort of details like telephone numbers etc.

I do no paul is making a big upgrade to george so it is only going to get better! maybe he could put something in were you could untick details as u requested as you print your work lists! so it would not show details on the work lists.

Maybe he could design something such as 2 note boxes one for yourself the boss or admin side of the george and the other for workers that could get printed such as... Lock gate after clean blah blah those little notes you write to remind yourself.

If you put your idears accross if its possible he usally puts it into the system

You can actully print out a work list without pricecs on and thats all but that means you would have to print two sheets out 1 being domestic with prices second being commercial and untick the print prices on work list.

I do think 2 notes would be great for george to stop workers getting all the details tho! worlist notes and admin notes

also when you get a round valuation how does it work it out? i have a lot of periodic commercial cleans...does it take an average, so a clean thats 4 times a year does it divid it by 12?

It just gives you the value of all jobs cleaned once!
