Had a job on today in the rougher end of the city ( nice lady friend of a customer) .After the survey on Sat I knew parking would be a problem
as she lives on a busy main road near zebra crossing.
Today pulls up for the job and yes you have guessed it no parking spaces for miles EXCEPT for a small half space at the end of the zbra crossing zig zags
( its a rough part of town and ive got a load of heavy gear to unload) so yes I park half the van on the parking space and half on the zig zags.
Unlaods kit into the house gets a call on the mobile and spends 10 mins talking. GOES BACK OUT SIDE AND THERE IS 2 MR PLODS.
Can you move the van sir shouldnt be parked on the zig zags,im right on the egde I explain just unloading some heavy equipment to the house 50 yards down the road,but I will move it now.
I gets back where they are both waiting for me,after a lenthy discussion he does me for£60 and 3 points.
