Question for you that have van mounts,

is water meant to drip from the fill loop once the tank is full?
as mine is dripping all the time from the back of van , got a call this morning telling me there was water all over road coming from my van. Ran out there thinking my tank had burst  :o :'(, thank god it had not. just drip drip drip from the connection where I fill it up from on the outside. I have tried to tighten it that doesnt work

will add a pic in a bit

I don't know much about wfp, but having successfully flooded my house in the past I know something about plumbing now. ;D

Is it the connection that is leaking? Have you tried PTFE tape on it? If it isn't the connection what is leaking exactly?

Oh cause I am thick it is not the fill loop port that is leaking it is the outlet from my second pump here is the pic, the other one does not leak and ptfe tape will not cure it as it is coming out of the fitting not the connection to it where you tighten  :-\

the water is dripping straight out of the hole in the middle a drip every second

Ian.

If u have an outlet tap on ur tank in van turn it to closed mate :) That way no water can get to pump inlet.
