Envirodri on stairs

Does anyone else use it on these (for agitation purposes)? I know they are not designed for it but I do and with fantastic results.

I have an Envirodri, I use it a lot for agitation and dry cleaning, I find it a bit hefty for stairs, I have recently been using my Minitex with a brush, which is quick and easy.  ;)

I got a cheap deal on ebay, the previous owner had used it only a few times, I think   I paid about £300, worth keeping an eye open.

Chris, The envirodri kicks the Duo into touch mate. They are selling some good recon models at the moment (if they have any left). I got mine for £250 at it was mint (new brushes too). If you want one and buy it let me know and I'll cart it up for you as I'm at my Brothers (Coulsdon) on the 23rd. Save you a few quid P&P as they are quite heavy.

If you ring and ask for Gill, she is the owner and is very helpful.

Hi Joe

I don't take handle off mateI just come down stairs with cable over my shoulder and ease over each edge so you get a great bit of agitation on the lip and part of the facing step. Then I gently lift up and down to the next. Sometimes the clip which allows movement of the handle clicks back but thats just a bit of a pain. Well worth the result you get though.

Pete as I posted earlier they can be used on stairs, the host machine is easier on stairs due to its smaller weight and size. At the end o the day its quicker and easier using an nylon brush as the hand tool will do the rest.
