Dreadlocks in Wool Rug

Just cleand a wool rug, and notices a small area that is matted together like dreadlocks, customer said it was a stain, but dose any one know how to get these dreadlocks out???

spray , dwell hwe agitate spray again
take a bit  time and it wil work m8
you wll get loads of technical jargon but who needs it? ;)
