I love the cool cuffs I bought, when I'm pulling in the hoses they stick together, sometimes when they are stuck one hard heave and you end up on your backside when they detatch.

Yes it is  LWB sprinter.  The truckmount frame is 4ft wide by the width of the van so I lose a lot of space.  Any other van is just way too small.  The lwb transit is the same size as a mwb sprinter.

Best Dave.

P.S. with regards the height.  In the states you arent aloud to use a truckmount with hoses outside the building of any thing greater than 7 stories.  Not sure what or if there are restrictions here.  The pictures I have shown are of 4 stories but I have gone to the 6th floor when cleaning other parts..... I think the picture of Pauls set up is 4 floors too.

The machine is quite capable of cleaning 5 or 600 feet from the unit so can clean quite a few floors high.  Granted it is close to its limit but neverthless even at 600 feet still has more recovery "power" than any portable.  600 feet has very little if any at all reduction on the volume and pressure of the solution.  With a fuel burner for heat it has no reduction of heat over the 600 feet either............

I cant post pictures today because I am not on my computer.  When I am at home I will post the pictures you need.

There are pictures posted on here in different topcs of the back and inside of my van.  Maybe someone knows where they are and how to get them up.  Other than that when I can I will post the pictures.

Best, Dave.

The first thing you need to do to your van before anything else is to insulate it.  The walls, sides and back doors.

Len, not sure what you mean.  Compensation for what?  Best, Dave.

P.S. Someone has asked me why I have pictures of my hose runs.  I picture every job that the client will allow me too.

I send a cd of pictures of how I did everything as well as pictures of before during and after the clean. This accompanies the invoice.

Altro safety flooring.  It is brilliant but it is very heavy.  It is capped and coved up the sides for obvious reasons.  Alltec do a spray finish for the sides of vans to make them water proof.  Not sure what they do to the floor.  Maybe the same thing.  But I like mine...... Best, Dave.

looks a bit girlie to me!

I like my van to have the 'assault course' look with lots of things to trip over  :D :D

and a nice wet floor from all the spilt chemicals that I just through into the back ( shelves are for wimps)

I don't know how you have the nerve to show such pictures.

Hi Dave,

Nice set-up!

One question, why do you have the same (male-male / female-female) connections on the end of your solution lines? Surely having one of each would be better.

I have a male and female at each end of my hoses with female connections on the machine and females at tool ends, obviously with male connections on all tools?

Makes for mostly shorter hose runs!

Kind regards,
Jason.

Maybe the pictures are a bit misleading but all my hoses are male one end and female the other end.

Best, Dave.
