good wage

hi guys we all know that there are pros and cons of being a wc, weather, time off etc.....
but as a wc what do think is a decent wage for the job we do?

One that covers your family expenditure and gives you a bit over for a rainy day, recreation and retirement.

BTW - what's the bike in your avatar?

I know a lot of ppl think the figures thrown around in here are high,.. but these are gross figures before VAT, Tax, Vehicle and equipment costs, vehicle insurance and tax, days missed due to rain or illness etc.
I started off aiming for €120 a day,.. Now I'm aiming for €160. Some days I still struggle to get the €120,.. some days I get near to €300,.. you have to average it out over a couple of months to see what you are really earning.
My goal (and it will probably take another 6 - 12 months to achieve) would be to average €200 gross per day. I figure thats what I need to cover my expenses, tax and VAT, and still have enough to pay the bills comfortably.
