Any one do this kind of work .what the work like many complaints etc, do they pay regular?

If you mean a residents  association I do a couple and they are good payers. All the flat owners pay into a fund for all services such as , gardening, windows, communal, painting. I have found that they pay prompt. Anyone thinking of this kind of work should look for the name of a block of flats then address a letter to

the chairman 
x flats residents association

 and ask if they need a window cleaner

YES good money, however so many living in one place you will have to put up with moaning customers! try phoning management companies that run the blocks of flat
