Not sure if its entirely correct but the procedure that works for me is using a small orbital rotary which I also use for agitating carpets.
1. Red pad with cleanser
2. Bonnet mop
3. White pad with polish
Just make sure you don't put too much moisture down, you don't want it getting between the boards.
Used this method a few times and customer always been happy, especially when you show them the black (which was white) bonnet mop.
550 sq ft (which is what they had) took about 1.50 hours and I usually go for approximately two thirds my carpet clean price, but that depends on the job & customer.

Certainly wouldn't label them as "A" class more someone in the public eye and a few tv appearences recently.
But in fairness to them it is a brand new property they have bought (obviously not bespoke) and they kept telling me how they are changing this and that.
