I'd leave myself an hour to do that house and con roof just to make sure. Id charge £15 for house and £50 for con roof. Thats £65 for an hour of my time, not bad i'd say my dad has to work a full day to make that sort of money.

Whats this TFR where can I get it from?

Northern Tools sell it but make sure it's none caustic.

www.NorthernToolUK.com

or 0800 169 2266

The company I get it locally from told me caustic is fine to use for our business as long as its diluted correctly, also said using non caustic by comparison would be a dissapointment, I've been using it now 6+ months and no problems.....who to believe ::)
