I am about to fall off the wagon, my wife has asked me if I would like a small glass of white wine, and I'm going for it!

A little of what you fancy does you good, go for it Shaun. Unles of course there are contraindications.

I knew that  21 units advice was codswallap. Read in the Times yesterday some bloke just came up with a number out of thin air.

Red wine is good for you. I tell all my Clients they should drink more?

No it's so they spill more and I get £50 a spot.

And for the record my work is very good and my prices are very reasonable. ;D

Like Vanguard I had a bit of a flutter and had to take some 'stay young tablets' but no alcohol, half a glass knocked me out though and it took my half an hour to drink it.
