risk assesment and method statment

if im given a quote were mewp will need to be used a craddle a step ladder and reach and was would you do a seperate method statemant and risk assesment for each??

Also could anyone help with one for a craddle?

The risks associated with each activity will be different so assess the risks involved with each individual activty separately. (Though this can be done in one document)

The Method Statement describes the way you will be carrying out the work reflecting the findings of the risk assessment, (which is attached as part of the method statement.)

You can get templates which make it easy to set it out for about £20
