They normally allow you 10% of the limit your driving in,if you get stopped by police that are using a radar gun if it looks as though your getting a fine and points make sure you ask them if the radar gun has been calibrated before use that day,by law it has to be and they don`t always do it.Also don`t pay by post go to court,if they don`t send a police officer and they don`t always do the case will be dropped,there are loads more ways you can get out of these speeding fines and points.
it was not a speed gun, I got follwed for 2 miles by an undercover police car, well the bloke behind did, they got both us us at once, and they are both my cars/van i was more interested in getting the ferry to be honest and trying to drive in a straight line
