Ive got 2 pumps , both brand new a 60psi and 100 psi shurflo, wired them both up to a battery to see if they worked, The 100 works the 60 doesn't
Do they sometimes come from the retailer with a switch shut off ( though i dont see one) or is there a screw that needs turning or something to make it work initially

not really, all the pumps i have purchased have all worked, get on to your supplier and get them to send you another
