Seems to me they want an omelette without breaking any eggs ???

Explain to them that a trad w/c will put his ladders up against their newly painted walls and mark them.

rinse the wall after you have finished, you have to sell yourself a little  ;)

comment below about the ladders marking them is a very good point to say to the lady, also the wind will carry more dirt than will be on the windows after the first clean you could also mention that. If it is a first clean say you will do it trad to get off the dort then after will use wfp as will keep her windows, frames and wall cleaner in the long run. ;D

What do they do when it rains?

Unless the windows are really minging, its not going to dirty the walls anymore than if it rains.

On some houses you can see that below the window`s that you WFP the paintwork remains clean,it`s the other parts of the house that start to look dirty not the paintwork below where you`ve cleaned,i could only see this happening on the first clean or two.

simple tell you will do them trad but at double the price because of the risks of using ladders and that it will take longer when they dump you thank them for their past custom  :)

Custies might always be right,.. but they aren't always very clever are they??!!!

There will be no more dirt on the walls from WFP than there will be from a good rain shower!!!

had one the other day say that the trouble with wfp was that the drips from upstairs splashed up onto the downstairs. I explained that I was cleaning all the street upstairs first and when I came to her downstairs, the dripping would have stopped. She told me to mind the plant behind me ;D She'll find fault next month too, but what she doesn't know is her next complaint is her last.

Fair enough, if some are to high or dangerous then it would have to be wfp or nothing.
