NEED SOME HELP
« on: September 30, 2007, 10:56:18 am »
Hi, like it says above i need a bit of help. I'm doing another 10 mins presentation on my BNI chapter this month, and insted of using yet another Powerpoint presentation i was thinking on put a slide show of pics  Before/ After while i speak about the company.
My problem is that i dont really have that many pics as by norm we always forget the cam :'(  so what i'm asking is if any1 has any of those pics that would not mind me using on that presentation that could either post them here or email them direct to me, it can be pics of window cleans/ gutters cleans/ conservatory cleans/ springcleans/ builder cleans/ end-of-tenancy cleans, we would be very apreciated :) .

I did try it for the first time on friday, but it was like trying to balance a plate on the end of my  pole, I  couldn't work it out why, when I looked closley at it, I found I had forgotten to add a couple of screws to stop the up and down swivel ::) I did get the hang of it, and it does work very well, especially when you add the 2 screws. ;D

Are you talking about the handle that comes with it? If so why dont you just remove the handle and aply it directly on your pole, was that that a have done to mine as it will screw in the same way as your brush?

You can't see it in the picture, but I had to do the last 3' with wfp, as the custy went out and left there car in the drive, I was unable to get the ladder there, so I did it with wfp.
I wasn't 100% happy with the wfp clean, so when the custy got home, I got them to move there car so I could do that last 3' by ladder.
There are Guys on here who just use wfp to clean guttering, but I bet its hard work when you get jobs like that one of mine.
Next month I get a gutter lance, so I can stay on the ground and blast it off  ;D

I wanted to keep it all as it came, and as the swivel has an up/down movement, for pole work you have to stop this movement by adding a couple of screws in the knuckle, this then gives you just the side to side swivel movement.
On the bottom of the plate I just stick a white scourer on and pull it off when finished.
