need some advice on ladders

hi

i am just starting up i was going to use wfp for all my houses but a wanted to buy a ladder for first cleans and gutter cleaning what would you buy? a a frame ladder or a normal trade ladder . with a trade ladder i would be able to use a stand off for th gutter cleaning. what would you sugest a frame / trade or both

You can use a stand-off with trade ladders, go for the best ones you can afford

I have points and they are brilliant but you can't use a stand off with them.  If you have wfp then there is no real purpose to getting pointers, save your money and get some good trade ladders. 

Triple 12 would be a good idea, they'll take you up to 30 ft if you have
someone footing, and above 30 ft you can't do off of  a ladder.  You can normally split triples down to a two section as well to make it a double 12 which is a really good height.
