i was given a round a while ago, and there was one house imperticular
£9, never did the backs as they were our and gate locked. saw him next month, went round back, 2 BIG whoping conservs. sheepishly charged them £9...to which i was told after by the previous window cleaner there wasnt 2 there before. so they must of been laughing their heads off
did it a couple of time begrudginly, but then said one day, look im sorry to do this but next time it will be £20. which is STILL cheap, and the lady was fine and said yeh we were getting a bargain before.
everytime i go the bloke asks me how much it is and he KNOWS how much and has a little mutter when he pays me. anways, he said dont do the office today, 3 little windows. ok
went to get money, "no dont do the office today as it will save me some money" oooooo i saw red, "NO its still twenty pounds, your getting a bargain at £20."
"pardon"
"look if i came to look at your house now id be looking for around £40"
smirked, "oh how things have changed"
"right, thats £20 please"
so i was like HA when i walked off cause he told me not to do the 3 piddly little windows and still had to pay the same amount.
grrrrrrr i aint going back, i do nearly all the close, theres about 8. cant wait till i go back next month and he sees i aint going to his. and if he begs, right thats £40 no questions asked
