Water board
« on: September 11, 2007, 09:09:24 pm »
There was a guy walking up and down the road outside my house today with a metal thing on the end of a wire and a pair of headphones. Turned out he's from the water board looking for a leak. They have a meter on the estate that picked up an increase in water usage of three cubic metres per day Gulp! :o Hope they don't find me.

Yeah thats it, he sort of swings it and plonks it down every few feet listening for running water. I don't know how much water I get through in twenty four hours allowing for the rejection rate of my ro unit. I told him it was probably someone filling a swimming pool or fish pond!
