help needed to all you who employ people

help needed i am a window cleaner that dosent employ people so i dont have a clue to this
this is for my wife
my wife works part time
she worked  20 hours over 5 days ie 4 hours a day how many days holiday is she intiteled to
now due to over spending on hours the company has took 4 hours off of her so she only works 16 hours a week now over 4 days how many holidays is she intiteled to now
now when the new law holiday intitelement comes in to inforce on 1st of october how many holidays will she be intiteled to working 4 hours a day over 4 days

however, generally it's 20 days per year pro-rata, increasing to 24 days in Oct 2007 and 28 days in Apr 2009.

So at the moment on 20 hours she'd be entitled to 10 days off. Working 16 hours from Oct 2007 she'd get 9.6 days, rising to 11.2 from Apr 2009.

If you are paying her but she's not working on bank holidays, then they count towards it. If she's not being paid, or is working on bank holidays, then they don't.
