Hi Neil,

Thought Iwould let you know my google campaign is now underway, however I have dropped Camberley, Yateley, Sandhurst etc.
I thought it was a bit silly us going toe to toe on this, there is enough work for both of us in our areas.

Love thy neighbour!

Hope your still busy.

Regards

Justin

I am dominating Canterbury down to the coast of Kent on Google and not a sausage yet.....will be patient though Neil I promise. And before you say it, I have a good website and 160 key phrases and read every bit of jargon on the Adwords educational sections.

To be fair it's quiet on all my marketing at the mo I just thought Google would turn it around a bit

you are a star, Strange but I find Wokingham is difficult to get work in so I dont push it to much, Its strange because it so close to me  but I tend to keep all my work in the M3 corridor.

17 Days on here, I take it that is time logged on. I dont spend that much time on here, I do leave my PC on though. Do get so much info on here about CC, nly been doing it a few years and still learning new things everyday.

Hope google works for you all as it does for me. I had the same concerns when i first started but like any marketing it can take time.

Cheers

with respect, think outside the box.

sounds like you need to change something to start it working.

why spend your money on AdWords. when you could spend it getting better listing in the main result page?

I dont understand why you would say that, adwords mean you can target your market. By having a standard list you are a little bit in the hands of the gods. Its like saying you are better to have a free listing in yellowpages than spend money on an advert.

Having a standard listing makes it very difficult to target every area where you want to work

It costs me about £130 a month but i get a very good return from it.

Your absolutely right Ian and have paid someone to do just that but I need work now and I am a big believer in the web, just can't work out why it has'nt kicked in yet. When I first moved here (9 weeks ago) I set up my Yell.com and spent £900 pound for the year and that got paid back off that in the first two weeks alone but  even that has produced little since.
