There is no swivel on that brush Joe, that's the facelift brush & goosneck which is too big for domestic work. i manualy positioned the brush for the photo (about a year ago). it's just to show the effect of a swivel to those not sure how they work or what they are useful for.

I would have to say that that does look a lot thinner and more rigid than the hybrid.

my pole bends like a piece of string doing some windows.(universal)

The Fecelift may be thinner than the hybrid but according to Gardiners tests is not as rigid

Yes, very light.
Not sure on the current price but i would advise a 24ft one (like in the picture) well actually, it's all the same pole (44ft) but with sections removed. the extra section (24ft from 18ft) comes in realy handy all the time & there's hardly any difference in weight or usability with this section on.

It's very rigid, especially at 18 to 24ft, however, a little bit of flex in a pole is needed IMO.

At the moment i use an 18ft universal, but the 24ft is too heavy to cart around with mee and be comfortable, so maybe a 24ft one of these would be easier

try Varitech in Newton Abbot,i have just orderd a 4 section 17ft extel pole £55 plus vat & delivery(next day) totaled to £75,they a pretty hard to beat

Good pics Tony,get a base section for the pole when it`s at 24ft it`ll protect the other sections and give you a bit more length,it dosen`t weigh a thing.

When i got my 44ft from facelift direct, i got them to throw me a glass base handle in to use at 24ft for free
However, personaly i wouldn't pay for one (just don't play round power lines) i would just get a base cap to protect the end when using it at lower levels.

44ft Facelift pole is my favourite at that height because of the slimness of the pole (friendlier healthwise on the hands), it's telescopic and the weight is ideal for working on gusty days.

Never liked using the 'Supalite' pole at that height on gusty days as it use to be blown around like a kite, shame really because I liked the lightness of the supalite pole but with it being modular and working in the town centres with lots of passing public it was impractical trying to dismantle the pole and leave sections lying around where they could get damaged.
