in your beginners guide to wfp you said when you leashed your new method to customers you handed each of them a letter explaning  about the new method
do you have a copy of this letter which if you have can you poast it so i can download it cheers as it sounds a valuble pice of information for my customers and i dont now were to start to wright one thanks m.b.s

no clear vision its just the way we talk round these parts no offence if you thought i was anoyed at you had a look at them both they are  both quite good  i cannot decide which to use but there is stuff in yours i can use to do my own letter and bits in jeffs i also can use maybe if i can not decide on which one i will try to do my own.  now i now roughthley what to put thanks both good luck and good health in your job thanks martin

P.S No need to pre-warn them about the switch over. Just do what I did and turn up and start cleaning them with the wfp, but be armed with the letters when they ask "WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING?"
