Hello,
My iron fell onto my cream burber carpet and slightly singed it. Is there any way to clean or get rid of this burn myself? Please help, I am desperate.

if it's 100% wool try rubbing it with a coin, the burnt wool should just powder up and fall off the fibres, if its a Berber copy and made of a man made fibre it might be impossible to improve.

You could minimise the damage with the use of very mild sand paper, GENTLY rubbing it not too much as to cause friction it should take of the melted ends of the fibres to make it look half decent.
