TFR in 5 litres?

Anyone know who supplies and delivers the non-caustic TFR in 5 litre quantities?  Please.

I know most supply 25 litre cans, that will probably last me 10 years!

they are all over ebay,... i was told they dont sell caustic tfr as it strips paint off wagons.....  was looked at daft when i said make sure its not caustic......... most decent auto stores do 5 litres and dixon hall also do.
