If you are looking to hire, which I think will be your only option at the moment, Corroventa have or are setting up a depot at Driffield. You can contact them on 02380211293. Excellent kit and they aren't taking your eyes out with the charges unlike some of the other hire companies. Tell them I passed you on.

I'm not a flood restoration man myself but what do you look for in a dehumidifier?

Is it just colour or size of the box? ;D

Jason Lawal rents his out I think at £500 a day, but that comes in trailer for with heat.

Shaun

That would be a, water out drying system, these are used, i think, when a lot of money can be lost by the customer, due to building down time ;) ,

At this moment in time, i need dehumidifiers to stop customers moaning at me  :'( about having not started the drying process,

Pretty understandable when you have chucked there furnishings away, ripped there floor coverings up, skirting boards and removed the plaster of the walls, a metre up from the floor all the way round the downstairs of there home >:(

Must admitt blue is my colour  :) these dehumidifiers in question will be spot on for me, because pound for pound, they drag a lot of water out for there size (fit in the van) wieght (for when i am on my own) and most importantly i have a job on the horizon, 150 miles away, the 18mm waste pipes will not clogg up very easily, plus they can be piped up to a drain, access to this building can only be gained through me, that includes the owner, so there is nobody to keep an eye on them.

so there you have it  ;D

best Conrad

p.s. was just giving a few clues to the other lads, thats why i mentioned them few specs, ordering mine tomorow, want to make sure i get mine, then i will pass info on
