Duck Canvas
« on: July 18, 2007, 08:52:37 am »
A new one on me... been to look at a massive (169 sqM) yes - 13x13m! of Duck Canvas. Customer had to hire a hall to lay it out for me. Lots of mould on it and generally grubby (both sides). A maze is painted on it with acrylic blue paint which is colour fast.

The problem will be to keep it taut. Cannot see it working with a wand, but maybe a hand tool. (take 4ever!) I think emersion would be the answer but don't think there would be a plant big enough.

Over to you guys.........

Forget about wanding ,give it a good scrub with a cleaning chemical, and then pressure wash it using a fanned  lance.
