Yes. I cleaned one the other day. Treat as draylon, keep the temp down and towel off well. Treat gently.

Thank you Trevor for the reply.

We were asked to look at this suite (Natuzzi). Clients have taken a 5-year guarantee with the suite against stains (guardsman). They have some marks on the 2 armchairs; they don’t know what the marks are.

They got in touch with the insurance company who sent them 2 spotters to try. I have suggested to them that they don’t use the spotters as they could do more harm than good, but to contact the insurance company again and have a moan.

They took a guarantee so I feel that it should be the responsibility of the insurance company to sort this out.

Bit surprised the insurance Co sent out spotters, but if the insurance Co is Guardsman  ??? and they don’t have one of their franchisees cc local to your customer perhaps that’s there policy ???

I’ve been in a similar position the cc could not get the mark out and I did, customer gave the bill to the insurance Co three times this has happened sadly the four no joy insurance Co had to pay for me and the cost of a new carpet. And yes the customer signed my indemnity!

Is quite normal for guardsman to send the two spotters out, while they are processing the claim. If the the customer does not/want use the spotters then Safeclean get the call too remove the stain. (or a local cc if no local safeclean).

Natuzzi call there fabric "dreamfibre" The microfibres are a type of synthetic fabric obtained by very dense weaving.
Fine to wet clean just use care and do the normal tests.
