Health and Safety - Portable Appliance Testing

Hi folks
Just a quick question to see what you get from you current Portable Appliance Testing companies.  Do you get a test certificate for each appliance or a single test certificate?  Also do they provide you with a detailed report that includes test results and an asset register.
