Roof Clean
« on: July 04, 2007, 04:10:45 pm »
Just had a call from a customer who would like to have his roof cleaned, standard 1930 end terrace so 3 sides to the roof, I said i will call him back tomorrow with a price..... How much should I charge and with all that dirt coming of the roof the facia and gutters will need to be cleaned as well.

Most important thing is that you ask if you can take some before and after pics, and after you have given him a quote inform him that the quote is to make it look better and although you expect it to come up cleaner he might still find it does not come up as clean as new.

The last thing you want is a customer thinking that your going to make it look brand new and then find that it does not look fresh out the box due to age and wear and tear.
