You need to fit a small piece of Unger No1 section into the No4 section of the Zensor flex so that you can then attatch any unger tools to it. Use an unger adjustable cranked angle and cut the 6" longest part alu tube in half, use the cut off piece (about 21/2 - 3" approx) and glue it tightly inside the No4 section. You need to cut the N04 section back by 2" increments until you get near to the diameter of where it will just slip inside the No4 then carefully cut 1/2" increments. Fix it in with araldite pasted inside the tip and drill some small holes in the alu to allow it to key with the glass fibre section.

I used to use the No3 section and just fit the alu onn the outside of it but the above is far stronger.

Right having done that the rest is easyish, the new N04 section with the Unger tip will now just push fit over the No5 section of the reload. Check it now before you do the above.  This section should also fit any other make of tapered pole.

I think I posted a link for you to a pic of this previously. You can still use the previouslt cut down cranked elbow attatched to do swivel tricks if you can drill out 2 new click connect holes.

Start practising and using just the Zensorflex with the other sections added to give yourself time to get used to the modular concept, then in a few days try the Reload, the difference in comparison is nothing short of staggering  8)

I suggest you use a brush of no more than 10oz,(Addis or Bently)  and if it is heavy to keep the pole vertical whilst assembling. Use pvc tape for padding the tapered pole to prevent wobble anywhere you fit tools etc.

Next step. Sometime later - convert your hose to Algarde silicon its better than any hose out there.

Oh by the way someone else (Dave) simply glues a piece of broom handle inside the glass fibre and just fits a Cleantech type cranked angle on it.

Yep Iv'e got away with bonding a shortish length of broomhandle with the thread already fitted (a massive seventy five pence from Wilkinsons). However I have also fitted the bottom of the next discarded section - around four inches superglued to the tip to give it more strength and to prevent splitting. I then screw on an angled adapter from Gardiners and bobs your uncle.  :) The only bit I cut is the discarded section bit.

Its the heat  :o
Yes as above for the F16 as well as the reload, , sorry.  You may want to wrap tape round each tip and base as in the Merry Christmas topic.
Dave isnt using the Zensorflex piece.

Well if you have the superlight bently brush you must have the goose neck that should just fit on a tapered  zensor section somewhere then on to the F16 for more strength.
Go to go looks lightning coming over here.
