I would like to answer your question hopefully without any pointing the finger at me in regards to selling.
I believe that my answer would be the exact same as any other creditable manufacturer located any place in the world. Every manufacturer whom promotes innovative quality and performance in their machines, also promotes (as part of that same product) SERVICE and CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
I realize that when one is looking for a purchase, they only see the "Price" of the item without a thought as to the real meaning , or Value of the word; "Service".
Price is Now; Service is something we sometimes do not see or realize. Service incorporates: TIME that in many instances, is FREE.
All our domestic UK sales are in the hands of a very wonderful and proven company; CLEANING SUPPORT LTD. Why? Because this is perhaps the most important COMPONENT of the Product. SERVICE, as in your business, makes and keeps the customer very Happy and supported in years to come----far after the sale.
Without SERVICE of this kind, any equipment or product can really cost you a bundle of money once you flip the switchs. They have far exceeded any support I see here in the States, and they educate the customers far beyond the call of duty.
Whenever we ship our 240v systems, we use special components (non-generic), and they are getting even better as we move along.
As in your business, the exact same rules apply:
"There is a Big difference between "Price" and "Cost".
"Price" is a one time thing; however, "Cost" is what you will pay long after the sale is over. As the old saying goes, good things seldom are cheap, and cheap things are seldom good."
