I got mine from
http://cleaningspot.co.uk/acatalog/Fibre_glass_water_fed_pole.html
these also do them
http://www.gardenerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/shop.html
Both good companies
I have a 2 foot pole that extends to 4 foot and yes it's small but I wouldn't advise getting one it only ever gets used at the four foot length. I also got a 4 foot pole that extends to 12 foot and that is a really good size.

I bought a small pole from Ionics but find i very rarely use it, i find its much quicker to use your big pole you do upstairs with you just have to be careful of hitting it on things and cetain angles.

I've just ordered a 4 x 4ft pole from freedom. It's custom made but will reach ground/first floor but is short and easy to use downstairs. I'll buy a 30ft pole to do all windows above this level.
