anti static treatment
« on: May 01, 2007, 09:03:15 pm »
Hi all,
Iv got a client that wants a large area treated with a anti-static spray
They are asking for some literature first though

They have asked me to provide some kind of leaflet or sales brochure explaining the procedure or at the least point them to a website explaining it ??? ???

Anybody know where i can find something to fit the bill?

I usually make up a  fact sheet based on what it says on the packet backed up by reasons why it is worth doing.

Anit-static is as easy to apply as eating sweets. Clean your carpet then apply by spray diluted as instructed. As simple as that. Easy money for little work!

If the carpet doesn't have a soiled appearance, just give a mega vac then apply.

Safe and happy cleaning :)

From what I remember anti-static treatments will wear off given time so will need applying on a regular basis-more money for you if you can convice the customer to have it done.

The other thing is suggest the customer gets a couple of house plants. House plants increase humidity in the air which in turn reduces static.
