Yes, I 've got some comments MHall.
Firstly it is extremely well done, almost head and shoulders above anything else. Too be honest I felt a bit threatened by it because it came so close to something I'd done. How could anyone just starting out nail it so well on his first poke?

I took me several attempts and I had to accept a lot of critisism off people i showed it too, and I am supposed to have a lot of natural talent and flair.

I've read your posts and realise your background gave you an edge. However there are some critisisms I would make. I can't be more specific unless I kknow what you want to do with the leaflet.

Shove it through peoples doors in Manchester?
Which doors?
What's your connection with them?
Are you local?
Who's your target?
What I am saying is that although superb your leaflet was generic. Also a good photo of you plus van would help.

This is what I use, Not as professional as the others but it works. I make and print my own leaflets as and when I need them.

Put out about 250 seven weeks ago and got 5 enquiries which 3 of them became well priced new customers.

VGS - Very good point about it being generic, i realised this too! its just until i signwrite my van and get some good shots of me working, as i can't really use pics of other people working.

So i am putting about a thousand out next weekend, and i'll be getting updated ones with pics when i am able too. (Brodex putting wfp system in on friday)

My plan is to:

Post on the weekend (will knock if i can see they are in)- Targeting 3bed+ houses, new estates, townhouses, around my local area where market research tells me they may be a gap in the market. I am also going to target the nicer areas of manchester (with the big houses).

I will follow up a few days later by canvassing the same houses.

Targeting work £8+ really, as i am just starting up, i don't see the point of going in cheap and ending up with a load of underpriced work

Your flyer says you clean the frames too but how do you get into all the little nooks and crannies on the frames upstairs  when you're stood on the ground ??
