But if you dont get people doing work for you, you will limit your income to what you can do on your own.
Hey, I mostly work on my own for my own reasons as do most people.
If you want to have a business that will pay you when you dont work, pay you when away on holidays etcetera and pay even for your retirement then you will have to start having people work for you.
You may not like that though but in most cases none of us work and profit enough that we can take enough time off. Well if someone is cleaning for you, you can do just that.
I still have a business in California which apart from a few jobs a year I dont do anything for. It still profits me 20,000 (£) a year. Not much by any standards but I dont have to do anything for it.
If I can do the same with my business here and double it because there is so much more monies to be earned over here then that will be £60,000 profit a year for doing diddly. £60,000 a year isnt that much but again I would be able to do all I wanted to do which had nothing to do with cleaning and still have a reasonable income.
If I put out another van and got the same work for it as the first van I could add another 20 or 30,000 profit and so it "could" go on.
Hmm maybe I should do that. I know of people on here who would work for 50,000 a year and be happy, although I dont know why and I could make 20,000 out of their efforts.
I wont do it I am sure because I want to do other things but it is a thought if I ever did want to.
So spikandspan. Its not all doom and gloom.
Remember, most succesful business have many people with in the four walls so to speak. Within these four walls I am sure you wouldnt see the owner.
Best, Dave.
