i saw the CFR machine at cleaning show today it looked very impressive the question is which would you prefer the speedster or the CFR ,the thing that interested me was the recycling of the water as this would save loads of time with a 400psi machine what are your thoughts and does the recycling work.

The speedster has an auto dump and auto fill feature,.. and is a lot cheaper!

Both are excellent machines.... cfr machines (I have two) do require a strict cleaning regime at the end of the day...

Is it fair to say you can easily set the speedster up van mounted and save time loading/unloading and filling as well.

Also do the ww & CFR tools come with it? The CFR fits into a niche, whereas the speedster is cheaper and more flexible.

I'd go for the speedster,.. but get the CFR wand and hand tool which are far superior!

thanks for your thoughts guys , i am just wondering if the speedster is full how long a cleaning time do you get running at 400psi before it is empty and needs refilling. my mind was all set to buy the speedster but this CFR machine has really got be questioning empty and fill times on jobs.

Why don't you speak to Matt at Cleansmart, he supplies both machines so can give you the pros and cons on both, maybe even let you try them side by side.

four months ago, I was pondering exactly the same question, and I opted for the speedster in the end.  I upgraded the wand to the wonder wand, and I am very pleased with my purchase.  In the end, the deciding factor for me was the cost, as the money I saved was enough to purchase an enviro-dri for aggitation.  I felt that this would be money better spent, and has proved to be so....

As yet, I have not cleaned a carpet at 400 psi, and I can see no reason why I would need too...  For carpets I vary the psi between 200 and 300 when using the WW, and when using a hand tool or cfr upholstery tool I keep the machine running at 200.

With regards to re-fills I have not really paid that much attention, but today I cleaned a lounge/diner, h/s/l and a downstairs toilet with only one re-fill.
