Id wait for a more experience CC to post but i expect you would treat it the same as a wool rug being as its a natural animal fibre, did you inspect the backing?

Geoff
These would be taken off site and cleaned,if I were doing them.
The Camel Hair rug will be a blend of coarse wool and camel hair( poss other hair mix as well).
Clean after dye tests as per wool but watch over aggitation and dry straight.
The 2 Gabbah rugs will undoubtebly be wool so clean along with the chinese rug the same way.
Check backing and knots on inspection and find out rug values as some goat hair rugs can fetch £10,000.

Charge accordingly, once you have seen them , ring me if you want a hand with pricing.

It's camelhair and silk, heavily pre vacced on both sides, pre treated with a mist of prochem pre spray gold and acid rinsed with low moisture tool, looks great. This is one of 5 rugs, other 3 are wool but almost swear that the other is Rayon, Whats the best procedure to clean this??
Paul Moss has very kindly offered to help me out one sunday but time is against me as custys are soon going away for 3 months!!!
