the flow will be reduced quite significantly I would imagine - 40psi translates to 80ft of lift, the pumpmay struggle a little with 60ft - then again it might be fine

Thomas, I would not even try and lift a 60 foot pole with a back pack on.
It,s hard enough with a 30 footer.
Since having the back pack had a lot of pain in neck and back with posture problems.
Good Luck

I have used a flojet 35psi and backpack for years. Just for the 60ft bit turn the flow up a bit- assuming you use a by pass, you should get 1 litre per min maybe 1.5. because of the height. I use 4mmID hose so less weight in the column of water.

Robbie, carry it round properties either in your hand, like a bag - holding onto the straps - or over one shoulder.

Put the thing down on the ground and use your pole.

Mines on a lightweight shopping trolley frame. The frame only weighs about a pound, so it can be carried up steps. Dai

I'm not sure where the problem is here!

I use a sureflo back pack with a 24 foot pole on the end of a 100 mtr microbore hose without any problems.

Is it the height or the length that the queery?
