A friend once said that it looked like I had a steering wheel stuck in my trousers, I told him it was driving me nuts.

I allso use them, and there the best i have found so far
i guess nobodys perfect, and there will be times when you know you could have handled the call better yourself, and i am getting the odd problem with them mostly down to areas of coverage.

But it does let you just get on with what you need to do
you dont have to worry about your mobile loosing service
you dont have to keep switching of your machine to take calls
And no more sales calls or price shoppers
And with these new laws about driving whilst on your mobile i guess its getting to be a must have for a one man band

Red

I sent them a map book with driving times etc. i did speak to them about using computer programs or the Internet for this problem. but the benefits are so great that its well worth it.

Had to stop using them because we are fully book with the maid service and we had to keep paying for call for them to just say that.

i intend to use them soon for out of local areas that i plan to setup. if they handle these areas like it was a different business on days set aside for these new areas it should be good.

respect

Alldaypa (www.alldaypa.com) are worth a look, you only pay as you use them - there is no minimum spend each month, they bill by the minute based on calls taken.

Hi Paul,
I have to say I can't recommend one because every time I ring a company that uses one it's very obvious, a good example would be cleansmart, Matt is a great guy but the call handlers don't do him any favours.Handing your 1st point of contact to a third party is very risky imo I have my calls transferred to mobile and I really don't think I miss much,
Best Regards
