Here Gaz take a look.

The bars on the side are what bolt on to the side of the trailer - obviously with yours you need to have them higher with 2 bars either side dropping down to come level with the top of your tank.

We can make these for you but delivery might be a bit high.

The end bars are angle iron, the lateral bars are box section 30mm.  We then cover them with steel sheet, prime it, spray it, lacquer it.  Job done.

ok the 2 bars that are at the side fit onto the sides of the trailer - the rest of the brace goes across the tank and holds it down.  I'll take some piccys again tomorrow against one of our trailers to show you what I mean

Why do you need a Patent on this item?  I notice you say Patent Pending, how far along the process are you? There are some easier ways of protecting this design that cost a lot less than a complete Patent.
