most of my joints have a protective layer of beer fat around them so i never get it. but my cure if i do is drink more beer to gain more protective fat, works for me :D
Dont argue with a retard, they will just pull you down to their level and beat you with experience.

I used to wear one of those elasticated elbow supports, the pain just went after an hour or so.
That was when I was trad, using a backflip. Dai

Investing in lighter equipment helps.
It's a game of three halves!

I suffered once from tennis elbow, got quarterzone injection, painfull for afew days got better but flared up again , got a specific tennis elbow support from hospital, tried laying off the high work a few weeks, then doctor prescribed a natural chilli peppper based cream to apply to the elbow, numbs the nerves that cause the pain, this I think in conjuction with the support and some rest cured it. Not had a repeat of it since though I take more care now not to  do heavy work at hight for prolonged periods, and i try to use my right and left arms equally ( hope I dont end up with it in both  ;D)

my advice is go and get ultrasound treatment, it took 6 weeks to heal my shoulder, that was nearly 3 years ago, never had it back since, if you leave it it gets worse, becouse you work every day the torn muscles dont get the chance to heal, best thing i ever done,
