can anyone give a reason why.....
« on: February 06, 2007, 05:10:41 pm »
can any anyone give a reason why i may not be able to do this........ got a quote for p/l insurance for me and one worker employed by me for window cleaning and gutter cleaning from ladders came in at £301.64      then i thought ok how much for me on my own... £68.00 so am i ok to be getting my self a policy and him a seperate policy so he effectively has his own insurance even tho he does not own the company and save myself £165.64      just to clarify i am not looking at employers liability as i already have a very good accident policy in place for him
any thoughts ?

you can get public liability for yourself and an employee...but this does not cover employees liability...just public liability.
